These Terms and Conditions apply to tours booked with Vitis Travel Georgia, based in Tbilisi, Georgia. Please read your selected tour’s details and these terms before booking.
A booking is confirmed when Vitis Travel Georgia sends written confirmation. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and share relevant tour details with everyone included in the booking.
Individual guests may book without paying in advance unless their booking confirmation states otherwise. Full payment is due before the tour begins.
Guests must contact us to cancel at least 48 hours before the tour’s scheduled start time to receive a refund of any tour payment made.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour, and failure to arrive for the tour, are non-refundable. Any different cancellation conditions stated in a booking confirmation or required by applicable law will apply.
Unless a separate written agreement applies, agent cancellation fees are:
5 days or more before the tour: No fee
4 days before the tour: 30% of the booking price
3 days before the tour: 50% of the booking price
Within 48 hours of the tour: 100% of the booking price
A confirmed departure is scheduled to operate even with one guest. If Vitis Travel Georgia cancels a tour before departure, guests may choose an available alternative tour or receive a refund of the tour payment made.
Events beyond our reasonable control—including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions, and other serious disruptions—may require us to change, delay, or cancel a tour. We will inform affected guests as soon as reasonably possible and explain the available options.
If a guest cannot travel because of such an event, or chooses not to join a tour that can still operate, our normal cancellation policy applies. Payments are not automatically refundable because of a force majeure event. Guests should contact their travel insurance provider about any claim for travel disruption, missed connections, accommodation, or other related costs.
If Vitis Travel Georgia cancels the tour before departure, the refund provision above applies. For a qualifying package tour, any refund or other remedy required by applicable law also applies.
Eating and drinking are not permitted inside the vehicle. Alcohol, smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are also prohibited inside the vehicle. Please tell us in advance if you need an exception to the food or drink rule for a medical reason. Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions from the driver and guide.
Guests are responsible for obtaining their own travel insurance, including appropriate medical and trip-disruption coverage. Insurance is not included in the tour price. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the tour.
Tours may involve walking, uneven ground, changing weather, or optional activities. Please review the tour description and tell us in advance about accessibility needs or medical concerns that may affect your participation. Guests must follow safety instructions from their guide and driver. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may take photos or videos during tours. We will ask for separate consent before using an identifiable image of a guest for marketing. Guests may decline without affecting their booking.
We may update these Terms and Conditions on our website. The version made available when a booking is confirmed applies to that booking unless the guest agrees to a later change or applicable law requires otherwise.
