This 5-day private Georgia package is designed for travelers who are more interested in history, culture, wine, old cities, monasteries, and ancient cave sites rather than long mountain routes.
The itinerary focuses on Tbilisi’s old and modern districts, the wine region of Kakheti, the historical monuments of southern Georgia, and the ancient heritage of Mtskheta, Gori, and Uplistsikhe.
This package is ideal for couples, solo travelers, families, and small private groups who want a cultural and historical experience with a comfortable travel pace.
The package includes private transportation with an English-speaking or Russian-speaking driver. Please note that drivers are not guides. A professional licensed guide can be arranged for an additional fee upon request.
Airport pickup and drop-off are included. All tours start from the hotel and return to the hotel, except when airport drop-off is planned after the tour.
Hotel accommodation, entrance fees, meals, wine tastings, and optional activities are not included unless agreed in advance. Hotel options can be offered upon request.
Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport, our driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in Tbilisi. After check-in, you will have free time to rest after your flight.

Overnight in Tbilisi.
After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a private tour to Kakheti, Georgia’s most famous wine region.
Kakheti is known for its vineyards, traditional villages, family wineries, monasteries, mountain views, and warm hospitality. This day is a great opportunity to discover Georgian wine culture, local traditions, and one of the most charming towns in the country.
Badiauri Traditional Bread Bakery
Visit a local bakery and see how Georgian bread is baked in a traditional clay oven called “tone.” Guests may also have the chance to taste warm, freshly baked bread.
Bodbe Monastery
A peaceful monastery near Sighnaghi, surrounded by gardens and beautiful views. It is one of the most important religious places in Kakheti.
Sighnaghi
A charming hilltop town known as the “City of Love.” Sighnaghi is famous for cobblestone streets, colorful houses, old city walls, cozy cafés, and beautiful views over the Alazani Valley.

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a private full-day tour to southern Georgia.
This day is focused on historical monuments, fortresses, cave architecture, and landscapes of southern Georgia. It is one of the most impressive cultural routes in the country and is recommended for travelers who enjoy history and unique ancient sites.
Please note: this is a long full-day route, so an early departure is recommended.
Borjomi Area
A famous resort area known for forests, mountain scenery, mineral water, and peaceful nature. Depending on timing, a short stop can be arranged.
Rabati Fortress
A large historical fortress complex in Akhaltsikhe. Rabati combines different architectural styles and cultural influences, making it one of the most interesting restored fortresses in Georgia.
Vardzia Cave Monastery
One of Georgia’s most impressive historical monuments. Vardzia is a large cave monastery complex carved into the mountain, famous for its scale, history, and dramatic location.

Return to Tbilisi in the evening.

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a private cultural day tour to Mtskheta, Gori, and Uplistsikhe.
This route is a comfortable historical day tour and works well on the final day of the trip, depending on your flight time. It includes Georgia’s ancient capital, important religious monuments, and one of the country’s most interesting cave towns.
Jvari Monastery
A beautiful monastery located on a hill above Mtskheta. From here, guests can enjoy panoramic views of the meeting point of two rivers and the old capital area.
Mtskheta
One of the oldest cities in Georgia and the former capital of the country. Mtskheta is an important cultural and religious center.
Svetitskhoveli Cathedral
One of the most important cathedrals in Georgia and a major spiritual landmark located in the heart of Mtskheta.
Gori
A historical city in central Georgia. It can be visited as part of the route to Uplistsikhe.
Uplistsikhe Cave Town
An ancient rock-hewn town with caves, tunnels, halls, and historical structures carved into the stone. It is one of the most interesting archaeological sites in Georgia.

After the tour, transfer to Tbilisi International Airport for departure. If your flight is later, transfer back to your hotel can be arranged instead.
