7-Day Georgia & Black Sea Package

Tbilisi, Kazbegi, Kakheti, Vardzia, Martvili Canyon & Batumi

This 7-day private Georgia package is designed for travelers who want to experience the country’s most diverse highlights in one trip. The program combines Tbilisi’s culture and old city charm, the dramatic landscapes of the Caucasus Mountains, the wine region of Kakheti, historical monuments, natural canyons, and the Black Sea coast.

This itinerary is ideal for couples, solo travelers, families, and small private groups who want to see both eastern and western Georgia with private transportation and a flexible travel pace.

The package includes private transportation with an English-speaking or Russian-speaking driver. Please note that drivers are not guides. A professional licensed guide can be arranged for an additional fee upon request.

Airport pickup and drop-off are included. All tours start from the hotel and return to the hotel, except when transfer between cities or airport drop-off is planned.

Hotel accommodation, entrance fees, meals, wine tastings, local 4x4 vehicles, boat tickets, canyon tickets, and optional activities are not included unless agreed in advance. Hotel options can be offered upon request.


Day 1 – Arrival in Tbilisi

Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport, our driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in Tbilisi. After check-in, you will have free time to relax after your flight.

Depending on your arrival time, you can enjoy a quiet evening in Tbilisi, visit a local restaurant, walk near your hotel, or rest before the sightseeing program begins.

Optional evening ideas:

Short Old Tbilisi Walk
A relaxed first walk through historical streets, cafés, wine bars, and colorful old neighborhoods.

Peace Bridge & Rike Park
A pleasant evening area near the river, where modern architecture and views of Old Tbilisi come together.

Abanotubani Sulfur Bath Area
The famous sulfur bath district, especially atmospheric in the evening with its brick domes and warm lights.

Overnight in Tbilisi.

Day 2 – Private Tbilisi City Tour

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a private city tour of Tbilisi.

Tbilisi is a city where ancient history, traditional architecture, modern bridges, churches, viewpoints, and lively streets create a unique atmosphere. This day is a great introduction to Georgia’s capital and allows guests to see the most important cultural and architectural highlights of the city.

Main places to visit:

Holy Trinity Cathedral
One of the largest Orthodox cathedrals in the world and one of the most important religious landmarks in Georgia.

Metekhi Church
A historical church located on a cliff above the Mtkvari River, offering beautiful views of Old Tbilisi.

Rike Park
A modern park near the river, popular for walking, photos, and views of the old city.

Peace Bridge
A modern glass bridge connecting Old Tbilisi with Rike Park. It is one of the most recognizable symbols of modern Tbilisi.

Narikala Fortress Area
One of the best viewpoints in Tbilisi, offering panoramic views over the old town, the river, and the surrounding hills.

Abanotubani Sulfur Bath District
One of the oldest and most atmospheric districts of Tbilisi, famous for its natural sulfur baths and brick bathhouse domes.

Meidan Bazaar
A colorful area where guests can find souvenirs, local products, Georgian wine, handmade items, and traditional gifts.

Old Tbilisi Streets
Walk through narrow streets with wooden balconies, colorful houses, cafés, wine bars, and historical buildings.

Rustaveli Avenue
The main avenue of Tbilisi, home to theaters, museums, cultural buildings, shops, and important city landmarks.

Return to your hotel after the tour.

Day 3 – Kazbegi Mountain Tour

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a private full-day tour to Kazbegi through the Georgian Military Road.

This is one of the most scenic routes in Georgia, combining mountains, rivers, fortresses, viewpoints, and alpine landscapes. The day is perfect for travelers who want to experience the Greater Caucasus Mountains and visit one of Georgia’s most iconic locations.

Main places to visit:

Zhinvali Reservoir
A beautiful turquoise water reservoir surrounded by mountains. It is one of the most popular photo stops on the way to Kazbegi.

Ananuri Fortress
A historical fortress complex located near Zhinvali Reservoir. It is connected with Georgia’s medieval history and offers impressive views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

Black and White Aragvi Rivers
A natural stop where two rivers meet. The different colors of the rivers create an interesting and beautiful landscape.

Gudauri Friendship Monument
A panoramic viewpoint near Gudauri ski resort with wide views of the Caucasus Mountains and deep valleys.

Stepantsminda / Kazbegi
A mountain town near the border with Russia, surrounded by high peaks and alpine scenery.

Gergeti Trinity Church

Day 4 – Kakheti Wine Region

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a private tour to Kakheti, Georgia’s most famous wine region.

Kakheti is known for its vineyards, traditional villages, family wineries, monasteries, mountain views, and warm hospitality. This day is a great opportunity to discover Georgian wine culture, local traditions, and one of the most charming towns in the country.

Main places to visit:

Badiauri Traditional Bread Bakery
Visit a local bakery and see how Georgian bread is baked in a traditional clay oven called “tone.” Guests may also have the chance to taste warm, freshly baked bread.

Bodbe Monastery
A peaceful monastery near Sighnaghi, surrounded by gardens and beautiful views. It is one of the most important religious places in Kakheti.

Sighnaghi
A charming hilltop town known as the “City of Love.” Sighnaghi is famous for cobblestone streets, colorful houses, old city walls, cozy cafés, and beautiful views over the Alazani Valley.

Alazani Valley Viewpoints
Enjoy panoramic views of vineyards, villages, and the Caucasus Mountains in the background.

Optional Winery Visit or Wine Tasting
A visit to a local family winery or wine cellar can be arranged upon request. Guests can learn about Georgian wine traditions and taste local wines. Wine tasting fees are not included unless agreed in advance.

During the tour, there will be time for lunch at a local restaurant. Lunch is not included in the price.

Return to Tbilisi in the evening.

Day 5 – Transfer to Batumi via Martvili Canyon

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a private transfer from Tbilisi to Batumi with sightseeing on the way.

This day connects eastern and western Georgia. The route gives guests the chance to enjoy changing landscapes, from central Georgia’s valleys to western Georgia’s greener scenery, before arriving at the Black Sea coast.

Main places to visit:

Martvili Canyon
One of the most beautiful natural attractions in western Georgia, known for its green canyon walls, clear water, waterfalls, and peaceful nature. Depending on availability and weather conditions, guests may also have the option to take a boat ride inside the canyon. Canyon entrance fees and boat tickets are not included.

Optional Stop in Kutaisi, depending on timing
If time allows, a short stop in Kutaisi can be arranged. Kutaisi is one of Georgia’s oldest cities and is known for its historical atmosphere, central squares, and old town area.

Scenic Drive to Batumi
Continue the drive toward the Black Sea coast. Along the way, guests can enjoy views of western Georgia’s countryside, rivers, villages, and green landscapes.

Arrival in Batumi and drop-off at your hotel.

Day 6 – Batumi City Tour & Return to Tbilisi

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a private Batumi city tour.

Batumi is Georgia’s main seaside city, known for its Black Sea coastline, modern architecture, palm-lined boulevard, old town streets, cafés, squares, and relaxed coastal atmosphere.

Main places to visit:

Batumi Boulevard
A long seaside promenade with palm trees, walking paths, cafés, sculptures, and views of the Black Sea. It is one of the most pleasant places for a relaxed walk in Batumi.

Europe Square
One of the central squares of Batumi, surrounded by beautiful architecture, cafés, and city landmarks.

Piazza Square
A stylish square inspired by European architecture, known for its colorful buildings, cafés, restaurants, and lively atmosphere.

Ali & Nino Statue
One of Batumi’s most famous landmarks, located near the sea. It is a popular place for photos and a symbol of love and connection.

Batumi Alphabet Tower Area
A modern area near the seaside, featuring the famous Alphabet Tower and nearby attractions.

Old Batumi Streets

Day 7 – Final Tbilisi Day & Departure

On the final day, the program can be arranged depending on your flight time. Guests may have free time in Tbilisi or choose a short shopping, sightseeing, or relaxation option before the airport transfer.

This day is kept flexible so travelers can enjoy their last hours in Georgia at a relaxed pace.

A popular open-air market where guests can find antiques, paintings, handmade items, souvenirs, vintage objects, and local crafts.

Local Souvenir Shops
Time for buying Georgian wine, churchkhela, spices, handmade gifts, and local products.

Short Old Tbilisi Walk

Café or Restaurant Time
Enjoy a final Georgian meal, coffee break, or free time in the city before departure.

Optional Sulfur Bath Visit
