This 7-day private Georgia tour package is designed for couples, solo travelers, and small families who want a comfortable, flexible, and well-balanced travel experience. The program combines Tbilisi city culture, the Caucasus Mountains, Georgia’s famous wine region, semi-desert landscapes, impressive canyons, and important historical and religious sites.

This package is ideal for travelers who want to see different sides of Georgia without changing hotels every night. The route is based in Tbilisi, with private day trips to different regions of the country.

The package includes airport pickup, airport drop-off, and private transportation during the program.

The standard vehicle for this package is usually a comfortable sedan, suitable for 1–2 adults and, in many cases, 1 child as well. Vehicle models may vary depending on availability and can include cars such as Ford Fusion, Toyota Camry, Toyota Prius, Mercedes-Benz sedan, or a similar category vehicle. For travelers with more luggage or for guests who prefer extra space, a minivan or larger vehicle can be arranged for an additional price.

Please note: drivers are not professional tour guides. The package includes an English-speaking or Russian-speaking driver. A licensed guide can be added to any tour for an additional fee.

Hotel accommodation, meals, entrance fees, wine tastings, optional activities, local 4x4 vehicles, and personal expenses are not included unless agreed in advance. If needed, hotel options can also be offered separately according to your preferred hotel category, location, and budget.

All tours start from the hotel and return to the hotel, except for airport transfers.


Day 1 – Arrival in Tbilisi & Tbilisi City Tour

Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport, our driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in and some time to rest, you can start your private Tbilisi city tour, depending on your arrival time.

Tbilisi is a city where old history, colorful streets, traditional balconies, religious monuments, modern bridges, and lively neighborhoods come together. This first day is a great introduction to Georgia’s capital and its unique atmosphere.

Places to Visit

Holy Trinity Cathedral
One of the largest Orthodox cathedrals in Georgia and one of the main symbols of modern Tbilisi. The cathedral stands on a hill and offers beautiful views of the city.

Metekhi Church
A historic church located on a cliff above the Mtkvari River. This area is connected with the early history of Tbilisi and offers a beautiful viewpoint over the old town.

Rike Park
A modern public park located near the river. It is a pleasant place for walking and photos, with views of the Peace Bridge and Old Tbilisi.

Peace Bridge
A modern glass bridge connecting the old and new parts of the city. It is one of the most recognizable modern landmarks of Tbilisi.

Abanotubani Sulfur Bath District
The historic bath district of Tbilisi, famous for its natural sulfur water and colorful domed bathhouses. This is one of the oldest and most atmospheric parts of the city.

Meidan Bazaar & Old Tbilisi Streets
A charming area with narrow streets, traditional balconies, souvenir shops, cafés, and local atmosphere. It is one of the best places to feel the character of Old Tbilisi.

Rustaveli Avenue
The main avenue of the city, where you can see important cultural and historical buildings, theaters, museums, and government buildings.

If your arrival is late, the city tour can be shortened or moved to another available time during the program.

Day 2 – Kazbegi & Georgian Military Road

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a private full-day tour to the Caucasus Mountains through the famous Georgian Military Road.

This is one of the most scenic routes in Georgia, combining mountains, rivers, medieval architecture, panoramic viewpoints, and alpine landscapes. It is one of the best day trips for travelers who want to experience the beauty of the Greater Caucasus Mountains.

Places to Visit

Zhinvali Reservoir
A beautiful turquoise water reservoir surrounded by mountains. It is one of the most popular photo stops on the way to Kazbegi.

Ananuri Fortress
A medieval fortress complex overlooking Zhinvali Reservoir. The fortress includes old defensive walls, towers, and churches, and is one of the most important historical stops on the route.

Pasanauri Area
A mountain area known for the meeting point of the Black and White Aragvi rivers. It is also a popular place to stop for traditional Georgian food.

Gudauri Friendship Monument
A panoramic viewpoint near Gudauri ski resort. From here, guests can enjoy wide mountain views and take memorable photos of the Greater Caucasus.

Stepantsminda / Kazbegi

Day 3 – Kakheti Wine Region

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a private day tour to Kakheti, the most famous wine region of Georgia.

Kakheti is known for vineyards, traditional villages, family wineries, monasteries, mountain views, and warm Georgian hospitality. This day is ideal for guests who want to discover local traditions, taste Georgian products, and visit one of the most charming towns in the country.

Badiauri Georgian Bread Bakery
A traditional roadside bakery where guests can see how Georgian bread is baked in a clay oven called “tone.” This is a great introduction to Georgian food culture, and guests may have the chance to taste warm, freshly baked bread.

Local Winery or Wine Tasting Option
Kakheti is the heart of Georgian winemaking. Guests can optionally visit a local winery or family wine cellar and taste traditional Georgian wine. Wine tasting is not included and can be arranged separately.

Bodbe Monastery
A peaceful monastery surrounded by gardens and beautiful views. It is one of the most important religious places in Kakheti.

Sighnaghi Old Town
Known as the “City of Love,” Sighnaghi is a small hilltop town with charming streets, colorful houses, defensive walls, cozy cafés, and romantic views.

Alazani Valley Viewpoint
A scenic viewpoint overlooking the wide Alazani Valley and the Caucasus Mountains. This is one of the most beautiful photo stops in Kakheti.

Day 4 – David Gareja Monastery & Semi-Desert Landscapes

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a private tour to David Gareja, one of the most unique regions of Georgia.

This day is different from the mountain and wine routes. The landscape becomes dry, open, and semi-desert-like, offering a completely different view of Georgia. It is a great choice for travelers who enjoy unusual scenery, history, photography, and peaceful religious sites.

Places to Visit

David Gareja Monastery Complex
A historic monastery complex located in a semi-desert area near the Georgia-Azerbaijan border. The landscape here is very different from other parts of Georgia, with dry hills, open spaces, and unique colors.

Lavra Monastery
The main accessible part of the David Gareja complex. It is an active religious site with ancient architecture, quiet courtyards, and a peaceful atmosphere.

Kakheti Semi-Desert Landscapes
This area is famous for open spaces, dry hills, colorful land formations, and unusual scenery. It is perfect for travelers who enjoy unique landscapes and photography.

Scenic Viewpoints

Day 5 – Dashbashi Canyon & Glass Bridge

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a private day tour to Dashbashi Canyon in the Tsalka region.

This tour is ideal for travelers who want to see one of Georgia’s impressive natural attractions close to Tbilisi. The route passes through open landscapes, villages, and highland scenery, offering a different side of the Georgian countryside.

Dashbashi Canyon
A beautiful natural canyon known for its rock formations, greenery, waterfalls, and dramatic scenery. It is one of the most impressive natural attractions near Tbilisi.

Diamond Bridge / Glass Bridge Area

Day 6 – Mtskheta Cultural Tour

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a lighter cultural tour near Tbilisi.

This day is designed to be more relaxed after several longer tours. Mtskheta is close to Tbilisi and is one of the most important historical and religious places in Georgia. The route is comfortable and suitable for couples, solo travelers, and families with a child.

Jvari Monastery
A 6th-century monastery located on a hill above Mtskheta. From here, guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the meeting point of the Mtkvari and Aragvi rivers.

Mtskheta Old Town
One of the oldest cities in Georgia and the former capital of the country. The town is small, historical, and easy to explore on foot.

Svetitskhoveli Cathedral
One of the most important religious and cultural monuments in Georgia. The cathedral is located in the center of Mtskheta and is a major symbol of Georgian Christianity.

Samtavro Monastery

Day 7 – Free Time & Departure

On the final day, the program will be arranged depending on your flight time. Guests can enjoy free time in Tbilisi or choose a short shopping, walking, or relaxation option before the airport transfer.

Café or Restaurant Time

Optional Sulfur Bath Visit
If your flight time allows, a private sulfur bath room can be arranged upon request. Bath reservation and related expenses are not included unless agreed in advance.
