3-Day Georgia Highlights Package

Tbilisi, Kazbegi & Kakheti

This 3-day private tour package is ideal for couples, solo travelers, and guests who want to experience the most important highlights of Georgia in a short period of time. The program combines the charm of Tbilisi, the dramatic landscapes of the Caucasus Mountains, and the traditional wine culture of Kakheti.

The package includes private transportation with an English-speaking or Russian-speaking driver. Please note that drivers are not guides. A professional licensed guide can be arranged for an additional fee upon request.

Airport pickup and drop-off are included. All tours start from the hotel and return to the hotel, except when airport drop-off is planned after the tour.

Hotel accommodation, entrance fees, meals, wine tastings, and optional activities are not included unless agreed in advance. Hotel options can be offered upon request.

Day 1 – Arrival in Tbilisi & Private Tbilisi City Tour

Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport, you will be met by our driver and transferred to your hotel in Tbilisi. After check-in and some time to rest, you will begin a private city tour of Tbilisi.

Tbilisi is a city where old traditions, different cultures, colorful streets, and modern architecture come together. During the tour, you will explore the historical part of the city, enjoy beautiful viewpoints, and visit some of the most important landmarks of Georgia’s capital.

Main places to visit may include:

Old Tbilisi
Walk through the historical streets of the city, famous for wooden balconies, narrow lanes, cozy cafés, and traditional Georgian architecture.

Abanotubani Sulfur Bath District
One of the oldest and most famous districts of Tbilisi, known for its natural sulfur baths and beautiful brick domes.

Meidan Square
A lively historical area in the heart of Old Tbilisi, surrounded by restaurants, souvenir shops, and traditional wine cellars.

Shardeni Street
A popular walking street with cafés, bars, galleries, and a pleasant atmosphere for photos and free time.

Peace Bridge & Rike Park
A modern glass bridge connecting Old Tbilisi with Rike Park. This area is one of the most recognizable modern parts of the city.

Narikala Fortress Area
One of the best viewpoints over Tbilisi. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the old town, the river, and the city skyline.

Metekhi Church
A historical church located on a cliff above the Mtkvari River, offering a beautiful view of Old Tbilisi.

Holy Trinity Cathedral
One of the largest Orthodox cathedrals in the world and one of the most important religious landmarks in Georgia.

Chronicles of Georgia, if time allows
A monumental complex located on a hill, offering impressive views over Tbilisi and the Tbilisi Sea.

Day 2 – Kazbegi & Georgian Military Road

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a full-day private tour to Kazbegi and the Georgian Military Road. This is one of the most scenic routes in Georgia, passing through mountains, rivers, castles, and viewpoints.

The road to Kazbegi is famous for its breathtaking landscapes and is one of the best ways to experience the beauty of the Greater Caucasus Mountains.

Main places to visit:

Zhinvali Reservoir
A beautiful turquoise water reservoir surrounded by mountains. It is one of the most popular photo stops on the way to Kazbegi.

Ananuri Fortress
A historical fortress complex located near Zhinvali Reservoir. The fortress offers beautiful views and is connected with the history of Georgian noble families.

Black and White Aragvi Rivers
A natural place where two rivers meet. The colors of the rivers are different, creating an interesting and beautiful natural view.

Gudauri Friendship Monument
A famous panoramic viewpoint near Gudauri ski resort. From here, you can enjoy wide views of the Caucasus Mountains and deep valleys.

Stepantsminda / Kazbegi
A mountain town located near the border with Russia, surrounded by impressive peaks and alpine scenery.

Gergeti Trinity Church
One of the most iconic places in Georgia, located high above Stepantsminda with a dramatic mountain background.

Please note: Gergeti Trinity Church requires a local 4x4 vehicle. This service is not included unless agreed in advance.

During the tour, there will be time for photo stops and lunch at a local restaurant. Lunch is not included in the price.

Return to Tbilisi in the evening.

Day 3 – Kakheti Wine Region & Departure

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a private tour to Kakheti, the most famous wine region of Georgia. Kakheti is known for its vineyards, mountain views, traditional villages, monasteries, and warm hospitality.

This day is perfect for guests who want to discover Georgian wine traditions, enjoy beautiful landscapes, and visit one of the most romantic towns in Georgia.

Main places to visit:

Traditional Georgian Bread Bakery
Visit a local bakery and see how traditional Georgian bread is baked in a clay oven called “tone.” You may also have the chance to taste freshly baked bread.

Local Wine Tasting Option
Kakheti is the heart of Georgian winemaking. A wine tasting can be arranged at a local family winery or wine cellar upon request. Wine tasting fees are not included unless agreed in advance.

Bodbe Monastery
A peaceful monastery near Sighnaghi, surrounded by gardens and beautiful views. It is one of the most important religious sites in Kakheti.

Sighnaghi – The City of Love
A charming small town with cobblestone streets, colorful houses, city walls, and amazing views over the Alazani Valley. It is one of the most popular towns in Georgia for couples and photographers.

Alazani Valley Viewpoints
Enjoy panoramic views of the vineyards, villages, and the Caucasus Mountains in the background.

After the tour, you will be transferred to Tbilisi International Airport for departure. If your flight is later, transfer back to your hotel can be arranged instead.
