This 7-day private Georgia tour package is designed for travelers who want to combine city culture, mountain landscapes, wine traditions, mineral water, forest scenery, mountain resort atmosphere, and ancient historical sites.

The program is ideal for couples, solo travelers, and small families who prefer a comfortable and balanced route with private transportation. It includes Georgia’s capital city, the Caucasus Mountains, Kakheti wine region, Borjomi spa town, Bakuriani mountain resort, and the ancient cave town of Uplistsikhe.

This package includes airport pickup, airport drop-off, and private transportation during the program.

The standard vehicle for this package is usually a comfortable sedan, suitable for 1–2 adults and, in many cases, 1 child as well. Vehicle models may vary depending on availability and can include cars such as Ford Fusion, Toyota Camry, Toyota Prius, Mercedes-Benz sedan, or a similar category vehicle. For travelers with more luggage or for guests who prefer extra space, a minivan or larger vehicle can be arranged for an additional price.

Please note: drivers are not professional tour guides. The package includes an English-speaking or Russian-speaking driver. A licensed guide can be added to any tour for an additional fee.

Hotel accommodation, meals, entrance fees, wine tastings, optional activities, local 4x4 vehicles, and personal expenses are not included unless agreed in advance. If needed, hotel options can also be offered separately according to your preferred hotel category, location, and budget.

All tours start from the hotel and return to the hotel, except when the route includes an overnight stay outside Tbilisi or airport transfer.

Day 1 – Arrival in Tbilisi & Tbilisi City Tour

Upon arrival at Tbilisi International Airport, our driver will meet you and transfer you to your hotel. After check-in and some time to rest, you can start your private Tbilisi city tour, depending on your arrival time.

Tbilisi is a city where old history, colorful streets, traditional balconies, religious monuments, modern bridges, and lively districts come together. This first day is a great introduction to Georgia’s capital and its unique atmosphere.

Places to Visit

Holy Trinity Cathedral
One of the major landmarks of Tbilisi and one of the largest Orthodox cathedrals in the region. The cathedral stands on a hill and offers beautiful views of the city.

Metekhi Church
A historic church located on a cliff above the Mtkvari River. This area is connected with the early history of Tbilisi and offers a beautiful view of Old Tbilisi.

Rike Park
A modern public park near the river, perfect for a short walk, photos, and views of the Peace Bridge and Old Tbilisi.

Peace Bridge
A modern pedestrian glass bridge connecting the old and new parts of the city. It is one of the most recognizable symbols of modern Tbilisi.

Narikala Fortress Area
An old fortress area above the city. It offers some of the best panoramic views of Tbilisi, the river, and the surrounding hills.

Abanotubani Sulfur Bath District
The famous sulfur bath district where the history of Tbilisi began. This area is known for natural sulfur water, brick bathhouse domes, and a warm old-city atmosphere.

Meidan Area
A lively old district with restaurants, souvenir shops, wine cellars, cafés, and traditional architecture.

Old Tbilisi Streets
A charming area with narrow streets, wooden balconies, colorful houses, local cafés, and authentic city atmosphere.

If your arrival is late, the city tour can be shortened or moved to another available time during the program.

Day 2 – Kazbegi Mountain Tour

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a private full-day tour to Kazbegi through the famous Georgian Military Road.

This is one of the most scenic routes in Georgia, combining mountain views, rivers, medieval architecture, panoramic viewpoints, and alpine landscapes. It is one of the best day trips for travelers who want to experience the Greater Caucasus Mountains.

Places to Visit

Zhinvali Reservoir
A scenic turquoise reservoir surrounded by mountains and forested hills. It is one of the most popular photo stops on the way to Kazbegi.

Ananuri Fortress
A medieval fortress complex with churches, towers, defensive walls, and panoramic views over Zhinvali Reservoir.

Black and White Aragvi Rivers
A natural meeting point of two rivers with different colors. This is usually a short and interesting photo stop on the route.

Pasanauri Area
A mountain area also known as a popular stop for traditional Georgian food and local atmosphere.

Gudauri Friendship Monument
A panoramic mountain viewpoint near Gudauri ski resort, famous for its wide views of the Caucasus Mountains and deep valleys.

Stepantsminda / Kazbegi
The main town of the Kazbegi region, surrounded by high mountains and beautiful alpine scenery.

Gergeti Trinity Church
A famous mountain church located above Stepantsminda with dramatic mountain views. A local 4x4 vehicle may be required to reach the church. This service is not included unless arranged in advance.

During the tour, there will be time for photo stops and lunch at a local restaurant. Lunch is not included in the price.

Return to Tbilisi in the evening.

Day 3 – Kakheti Wine Region

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a private day tour to Kakheti, Georgia’s most famous wine region.

Kakheti is known for vineyards, traditional villages, monasteries, mountain views, family wineries, and warm Georgian hospitality. This day is perfect for guests who want to discover Georgian wine culture, local traditions, and beautiful countryside views.

Places to Visit

Badiauri Bread Bakery
A traditional roadside bakery where guests can see Georgian bread baked in a clay oven called “tone.” Guests may also have the chance to taste warm, freshly baked bread.

Bodbe Monastery
A peaceful monastery surrounded by gardens and beautiful views of the Kakheti region. It is one of the most important religious places in eastern Georgia.

Sighnaghi
A romantic hilltop town with old defensive walls, cobbled streets, colorful houses, cozy cafés, and beautiful views of the Alazani Valley.

Alazani Valley Viewpoints
Wide panoramic views of vineyards, villages, and the Caucasus Mountains in the background. This is one of the most beautiful photo areas in Kakheti.

Optional Family Winery Visit
Guests can visit a local family winery for wine tasting or a traditional wine experience. This is optional and not included unless agreed in advance.

During the tour, there will be time for lunch at a local restaurant. Lunch is not included in the price.

Return to Tbilisi in the evening.

Day 4 – Borjomi Spa Town & Forest Landscapes

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a private tour to Borjomi, one of Georgia’s most famous spa towns.

Borjomi is known for mineral water, forested mountains, fresh air, and a calm resort atmosphere. This day is ideal for travelers who want a more relaxed nature experience after the city, mountain, and wine region tours.

Borjomi Central Park Area
A green and relaxing area known for its mineral water springs, forest atmosphere, walking paths, and peaceful surroundings.

Borjomi Mineral Water Spring
Borjomi is famous for its natural mineral water. Guests can taste the water directly from the spring inside the park area.

Borjomi Forest Walking Area
A pleasant place for walking and relaxing in nature. The town is surrounded by forested mountains and fresh air, making it a nice stop for couples, solo travelers, and families.

Optional Cable Car or Park Activities
Depending on the season and availability, guests may enjoy optional activities in or near the park area. These activities are not included in the package price.

Day 5 – Bakuriani Mountain Resort

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up for a private tour to Bakuriani, a peaceful mountain resort known for clean air, forests, and a relaxed family-friendly atmosphere.

Bakuriani is a great destination for travelers who want to enjoy mountain resort scenery without a difficult hiking route. The area is suitable for easy walks, fresh air, photos, and seasonal activities.

Bakuriani Resort Area
A popular mountain resort surrounded by forests and gentle mountain landscapes. It is especially known for its calm atmosphere and family-friendly environment.

Mountain Walking Areas
Guests can enjoy easy walks, fresh air, and beautiful mountain views. The route can be adjusted depending on the season and weather.

Forest and Resort Views
Bakuriani is surrounded by pine forests and peaceful scenery, making it a good place for nature lovers and travelers who prefer a relaxed pace.

Optional Seasonal Activities
Depending on the season, guests may enjoy activities such as horse riding, quad bikes, cable cars, or snow activities in winter. Activities are optional and not included in the package price.

Return to Tbilisi or overnight in Bakuriani, depending on the chosen program.

Day 6 – Uplistsikhe Cave Town & Gori

After breakfast, your driver will pick you up from your hotel for a private cultural day tour to Uplistsikhe and Gori.

This day adds an important historical part to the itinerary. Guests will visit one of Georgia’s oldest cave towns and learn more about the country’s ancient rock-hewn architecture and central Georgia region.

Uplistsikhe Cave Town
An ancient rock-hewn town with caves, tunnels, halls, old streets, and historical structures carved into the stone. It is one of the most interesting archaeological sites in Georgia and a unique example of ancient urban life.

Gori City Center
A central Georgian city known as the birthplace of Joseph Stalin. Guests can take a short walk, stop for lunch, or visit the city center depending on timing.

Optional Stalin Museum
The Stalin Museum can be visited if guests are interested in Soviet history. Entrance fee is not included and the visit is optional.

During the tour, there will be time for lunch at a local restaurant. Lunch is not included in the price.

Return to Tbilisi in the evening.

Day 7 – Free Time & Departure

On the final day, the program will be arranged depending on your flight time. Guests can enjoy free time in Tbilisi or choose a short shopping, walking, or relaxation option before the airport transfer.

A popular open-air market for antiques, paintings, handmade items, souvenirs, vintage objects, and local crafts.

Souvenir Shopping
Time to buy Georgian wine, churchkhela, spices, handmade gifts, and local products.

Short Walk in Tbilisi

Café or Restaurant Time
Enjoy a final Georgian meal, coffee break, or free time before departure.

Optional Sulfur Bath Visit
If your flight time allows, a private sulfur bath room can be arranged upon request. Bath reservation and related expenses are not included unless agreed in advance.

Transfer to Tbilisi International Airport for departure.
